A Perfect Fall Evening for Milestone Photos in Cedar Park

The weather had been cold and dreary all week, but this one magical evening broke through with perfect conditions for fall family photos. I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful Cedar Park family for their mini session, capturing milestone photos of their precious little girl—and even their impeccably well-trained dog!

When I arrived, their baby girl was finishing up a nap in the car with mom, so I got to spend a few quiet moments meeting their beautiful dog. Let me tell you, I’ve never worked with such a calm and cooperative pup during a photoshoot! Once the little one joined us, it was all smiles and sweet moments. I absolutely adore this phase of childhood—the one where toddlers are just starting to crawl and take those wobbly first steps with mom or dad holding their hands. There’s something so tender and fleeting about these moments, where they’re discovering the world around them with wide-eyed curiosity and complete trust in their parents. Capturing these milestones is such an honor because it freezes these sweet, fleeting moments in time, creating memories that families can treasure forever.
